S3 STUDIO
S3 Studio is a boutique Reformer Pilates and Barre studio in the heart of Elsternwick, located conveniently right next to Elsternwick train station.
We focus on small groups with only 8 beds in our Reformer studio allowing for individual attention. Our aim is to provide you with a whole body workout balancing on Stretch, Strength and Stability.
S3 Studio also offers a range of allied health services, including Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Remedial Massage.
Find us right off Glen Huntly Rd, right next to the Elsternwick Station entrance. There is plenty of free parking just outside the studio in the multi-level Elsternwick Station carpark.
